My World Famous Spaghetti Sauce

4 cans 14 ounce of Italian flavored stewed tomatoes
1 - 2 pound(s) ground beef
Italian seasoning (McCormicks, Spice Classics, etc.)
1 can (6 ounce) of tomato paste
salt and pepper

Brown beef and drain off grease
Run three cans of tomatoes and the paste through food processor
Add all tomatoes to beef
Add seasoning to taste
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 1 - 2 hours

Note: I used to make spaghetti sauce from scratch, a little of this a little of that, and cook all day (still the best way) -- when I am in Russia I even boil down fresh tomatoes -- but this way is too good and too easy, and in my advancing years, I am too lazy. As I used to tell a friend, "It's real easy to make."

For something a little different, crumble sweet Italian sausage, brown it and add it to the mix.
