I "invented" this meal years ago for a friend who had only one skillet!
You'll figure it out in a minute or two, but calories and cholesterol are not counted in this menu (nor in a lot of my cooking).
Start breakfast with bacon. Fry it crisp, drain it and put it in a warmer. Save the grease for the rest of the breakfast.
Dice potatoes, peels on, and fry them in the bacon grease. Salt and pepper to taste. Add "McCormick's Steak Seasoning" liberally to the potatoes. When the potatoes are almost done, add a dash of barbeque sauce to the potatoes (my favorite is "mesquite" flavor) and let them simmer, with the lid on, for a minute or two. Add the potatoes to the warmer.
Scrape out the skillet, add a dash of bacon grease and scramble some eggs. Whip the eggs with a fork, add water to make them fluffy, and, believe it nor, a touch of "McCormick's" gives the eggs a great flavor.
Make toast, and there you have it. My "World Famous One Skillet Breakfast."
